The Local Care - Local People, Trusted Care
Local people caring
for the local community
We love receiving compliments for the team and this morning Jay has been described as very good & brilliantly supportive by a family member. Emma & Paige were also mentioned as being very supportive too.
Amazing, keep up the good work.
ARMED FORCES DAY is the annual opportunity for people to come together in recognition and to celebrate the wonderful service provided by our regular and reservist soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines, past and present, and the families that have supported them in turn.
We at The Local Care are proud to be able to support veterans in our local community.
Our training room is ready for the next in house Code of Conduct Workshop
The Code of conduct sets the standard expected of all adult social care workers and healthcare support workers in England. Outlinging the behaviours and attitudes that people who need care and support should rightly expect. It describes how a support worker should behave and the Care Certificate describes the minimum things they must know and be able to do.
The Code of Conduct ensures you can be sure of the standards your worker is expected to meet, check that your worker can fulfil the requirements of their role, behave correctly and do the right thing at all times and identify areas for continuing professional development.
