The Fylde Coast Dementia Hub

The Fylde Coast Dementia Information Hub aims to provide support and information from a wide range of services.

In a number of friendly environments across the Fylde Coast, you will be able to access all kinds of help and get support in many areas of concern for people who have been diagnosed with dementia, and people who are worried about their memory.

They are committed to helping you access the services that are available locally, to live as supported, informed and as comfortable as possible.

The Fylde Coast Dementia Hub will be held every month at Trinity Hospice 2pm to 4pm.
